Electrical controls design

Updating your current control program or implementing a new one to your specifications is no challenge to us. Our programmers are experienced in all major PLCs, HMIs and Scada suppliers, including: Rockwell automation, Siemens, Omron, GE fanuc. We can spec the most suitable industrial network for the project at hand and I/O based on the clients expertise and requirements. Every project will have a dedicated engineer responsible for its completion from initial design to on site startup.

All projects, regardless of size, are fully designed and evaluated to ensure proper functionality. Electrical schematics are generated using AutoCAD Electrical and published in a format suitable to the client. A complete BOM is assigned to every project.

Drives and PLCs are selected as to best suit the application at hand.

For operators to instruct the machine and interpret what it's doing at any moment, our Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) provide a clear, intuitive platform for real-time feedback. Displaying critical data, alerts, and system statuses in an accessible format. 

With interactive controls, visual cues, and diagnostic tools, our HMIs empower operators to identify and efficiently troubleshoot errors—ultimately improving workflow, reducing downtime, and enhancing overall productivity.
