Dissolved gases in a plolyol liquid, such as nitrogen, can help in controlling foam cell size and stability of the reaction. Our nucleation system is designed to introduce Nitrogen gas into the polyol solution. The process can achieve up to 15% reduction of the Polyol density.
With no moving parts other than a fluid pump, the system is very reliable, and low maintenance. The system is self contained and can be retrofitted to any metering unit. We can also supply the system complete with a Nitrogen generator, eliminating the need to purchase N2 canisters.

Most Hydraulic power units do not run at optimum operating conditions. The electric motor is always running at full speed regardless of the required power output. This will lead to wasted energy, increased heat load on the hydraulics oil and increased noise levels generated by the running pump. The Hydraulics Power Optimizer system will adjust the speed of the motor to match the load required, through monitoring the hydraulics pressure at the pump and the use of a power storage device. In addition to saving power and money in every day operation, a rebate from your local electricity provider is available to cover part of the system retrofit.
We recommend this system for hydraulics motors 5HP or larger.

Electrical schematics are generated using AutoCAD Electrical and published in a format suitable to the client. A complete BOM is assigned to every project.
